Georgia is a first-year Master’s Student in the Disability Studies program. She is from Columbus, MS, and got her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Mississippi State University here in Starkville.
She has been teaching swimming for seven years and working with individuals with disabilities in the pool for two. This further developed her love for work and interest in the correlation between physical activity and psychological health.
