Hao Jin is a first-year Ph.D. student in the Sports Studies program and an international student from China. During her undergraduate studies, she played volleyball for two years at the University of Missouri before transferring to Stetson University to complete her eligibility for the remaining two years. After she received her MBA at Stetson University, Hao joined the Beijing BAIC Women's Volleyball Club for a year to play in the China Volleyball League. She completed FIVB Level 1 coach training course and worked in the FIBA China technology development department, which made her want to develop more in sports management. In her further study with Dr. Lee, she hopes to explore more knowledge in the area of sport customer relationship quality and sport team management efficiency.
